While doing a little late night channel surfing I happened upon reruns of a show from the 70’s, “Love, American Style”. Now I am not sure if you have ever heard of it or watched it - but I have to tell you, I laughed and laughed until my sides hurt, and still couldn’t stop laughing. Even now, while writing about it, I am chuckling to myself.

“Love, American Style” premiered September 29, 1969 and was
a compilation of vignettes filled with the perils of relationships, love and yes, that very dirty, dirty word…..you know the one “SEX”

I think with a little promotion “Love, American Style” could be an instant pop-cultural hit. So how about it T.V Land….how about a little “Love, American Style” rehash?

Family Guy has to be one of the funniest, wittiest shows on TV.  I’d never really watched a full episode until recently, and now I’m hooked.

You have to pay close attention, though, or you’ll miss half the humor–there are so many little things thrown in that are pretty clever.

Check it out if you’re looking for a laugh, even if it is at the expense of Rhode Islanders!
